About Panchamam

Panchamam was established in Trivandrum (Kerala, India) in 1988. Shri. Lazar Thurakkal Sebastine is one of the Founder and Director of Panchamam Arts and Creations. Through effective teaching Panchamam successfully nurtured many talented music students and groomed them through School Youth Festivals. Its Singapore chapter was established in the year 2007. Since then, it has trained numerous students in Singapore. Panchamam has been organizing several events and performances island wide. Panchamam students have performed in major events like Singapore Heritage festival, various festivals at Esplanade, Deepavali performances at Istana, cultural performances in the Community Centres and Navarathri performances in temples, to name a few. Many of our students have participated and won prizes in many musical competitions including at the prestigious National Arts Council Singapore.
